On February 27, 2009, with just 5 days planning, word-of-mouth advertising and social networking via Facebook and Twitter, over 50 cities and 30,000 citizens took part in the first round of nationwide Tea Parties.

On April 15, 2009, Tax Day, over 850 cities and 1.2 million citizens gathered once again to make their voices heard.

The 'Tea Party Patriots Live' radio show is dedicated to local everyday-citizen Tea Party coordinators and participants with a desire and passion for taking our country back.
